Happy Nurses week and I guess this is Nurses Day.

Even if your Powers that Be or admin or whatever forget to try to act appreciative, I hope that you all know how much everything you do counts.   And how much it matters that you keep at it even when it seems like the money is miserable and the conditions are getting harder.   And how much people really do appreciate everything you do every day.

From a sister nurse, who had to quit working over 5 years ago.   Sometimes I feel like I *just* escaped with my life, but truthfully, I miss it every day.

Thank you to all our nurses!!!

My Mom is a retired nurse, and I know she feels the same way...  she LOVES retirement, but does miss the hospital.

HUGS!!!

My little sister is starting nursing school this fall & she is an amazing girl---nurses are on the front line of everything & I am so thankful for all they do.  I can still remember the name & face of the three nurses that were with me while I was in labor at Baptist & they mean so much!  Thanks nurses!! xo, Micheala.

Aww, most people forget about nurse's week!  I work in a LTC and our folks usually have a week of activities with a little happy every day and then the last day we have a big thing.

I am just trying to keep hold of my sanity!!!!  The last 2 days I worked were pure hell!!!!  I got cussed out a bazillion times, had a woman die on me and had a man fall all in an hour's time!!!!!

But, It's totally worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY NURSE'S WEEK!!!!!
